Super Falcons Unveil 10-Star Jersey Ahead of WAFCON 2026

Nigeria’s Super Falcons have unveiled a commemorative new kit featuring ten stars around the team crest ahead of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco.

Each of the ten stars on the updated design represents one of the national team’s previous continental championship titles, highlighting Nigeria’s position as the most successful side in the tournament’s history.

The head coach Justin Madugu-led squad debuted the new jersey during a 2–1 victory against Tanzania’s Twiga Stars in an international friendly.

The Super Falcons will head to Morocco aiming to extend their record by pursuing an 11th WAFCON crown. The tournament kicks off this Saturday, with Nigeria scheduled to open their campaign against debutants Malawi at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on Tuesday.
