BREAKING: Premier League Charges Man City For Breach Of Financial Fair Play Rules

The English Premier League has charged giants Manchester City  for flouting financial fair play rules and reports suggest that there are multiple charges which could include possible points deduction.

It comes following a four-year investigation into sponsors and contracts.

A statement from the league said alleged breaches were committed across nine different seasons beginning in September of 2009-10 to 2017-18 and will now be referred to an independent commission.

If found guilty, sanctions could include deduction of points, loss of previous title winning trophies and expulsion from the league.
