Matawalle’s Political Affairs Adviser Kidnapped

The Zamfara state Special Adviser to Governor Bello Mattawalle on political affairs, Ibrahim Ma,aji has been kidnapped by bandits.

Ma,aji was  reportedly abducted in his house in Mareri area in Gusau town, the state capital in the early hours of Saturday.

A Source close to the abductee’s family  Mohammed Ahmed said the bandits were yet to reach out to them.

He said, “The bandits are yet to call any of the family members to demand for a ransom.

“We have been calling his phone number and it was ringing but nobody answers”.

The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Mohammed Shehu is yet to react to the incident.
