Fire Guts Parts Of Lagos Balogun Market
A fire outbreak has been reported in a five-storey building in Balogun market, Lagos state.
The fire was reported to have affected the “topmost floor” of Plaza 32 building where shoes are sold.
Jubril Gawat, a media aide to Governor Babajide Sanwo- Olu while confirming the incident tweeted ,
“The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service is currently attending to a Fire outbreak at the famous Balogun Market which involved the topmost floor of a five storey building.
“The Fire is however under control as mitigation are on to limit its spread.”
