Insurgency: Troops neutralises terrorists’ top commander Ameer Malam Jidda, others
Troops of Operation Hadin Kai in the early hours of Monday, launched simultaneous air and ground attacks on Boko Haram/ISWAP strongholds in Nzalgana, Gujba LGA, and the Timbuktu Triangle.
According to a statement on Monday by the military, this resulted in significant casualties among terrorists and their leaders.
“Notably, Ameer Malam Jidda, a top commander in Ngorgore and Malumti Villages, was neutralised.”
“Meanwhile, in Abadam, additional bodies of terrorists and seized weapons were recovered following the recent military operation in Mallamfatori.
