Kebbi Governor Pledges to Deliver State for Tinubu in 2027

Birnin Kebbi, Nigeria – Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, has vowed to deliver the state for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.

The governor made the pledge on Monday while speaking with journalists shortly after attending a stakeholders’ meeting in Birnin Kebbi, the state capital.

He explained that the meeting focused on issues directly affecting the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state. According to him, resolutions reached at the meeting would be made public through the Commissioner for Information.

“By God’s grace, APC has come to stay in Kebbi. The people of Kebbi believe in APC, and In-Sha-Allah, they will deliver APC at both state and national levels,” Idris said.

The stakeholders’ meeting was attended by several prominent figures from the state, including the Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Senator Atiku Bagudu, and the Minister of State for Humanitarian Affairs, Dr Yusuf Tanko-Sununu.

Others present included Senator Adamu Aliero, Senator Yahaya Abubakar-Abdullahi, APC National Organising Secretary Alhaji Suleiman Argungu, and Senator Bala Ibn Na’Allah, among others.
