Omiye Microfinance Bank’s 2024 AGM Highlights Success

Omiye Microfinance Bank Limited has held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2024 financial year.
The event was held on at the Onward Hotel, Ilupeju-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
The outgoing chairman Board of Directors Oloye Esan Ogunleye said Omiye Bank 2024 financial results reflect strong momentum and improved profitability across key performance indicators.
Oloye Ogunleye appreciated shareholders and customers for their support in putting the bank at the forefront, increasing the dividends and profits making of the bank.
The Managing Director Mr Gbenga Adegun stated that the bank is tailored to take care of the grassroots where traders can have acess to loans to expand their businesses.
Oloye Esan Ogunleye, proposed a dividend of #13.5k per ordinary share on the issued capital of #202,258,596 ordinary share of #1 each for the financial year ended.
The Head of banking Services Central Bank of Nigeria Mr Agla Celcus commended the achievements of Omiye Microfinance bank for the growth and development recorded at the year ended.
He promised that CBN is ready to partner with the bank at all times.
The AGM attendees appreciated the bank’s contributions to the communities and encouraged stakeholders to leverage on the bank’s services.
While the bank aims to expand its branch network across Ekiti State, Dr Oluwafemi Babalola step in as the new chairman of the board.
