The Right Mindset: Hon. Iyabo Fakunle Okieimen on Women’s Success

Hon. Iyabo Fakunle Okieimen, Member Ekiti State House of Assembly, Representing Ilejemeje Constituency today delivered a powerful address at the Women in Agriculture, Ekiti State Chapter, where she spoke on the topic:

‎“The Mindset of a Successful Woman in the Social, Economic, and Political World.”

‎In her address, Hon. Fakunle Okieimen emphasized that a woman’s success begins with the right mindset, one that views gender not as a limitation but as a strength. She highlighted the importance of dignity and collaboration in the social sphere, innovation and resilience in economic empowerment, particularly through agriculture and the urgent need for women to actively participate and lead in governance.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to women empowerment and leadership, Hon. Iyabo Fakunle Okieimen was also presented with an Award of Excellence at the event.

‎The programme was graced by notable personalities, including the Brand Ambassador and Nollywood actress, Foluke Daramola, and the Wife of the Founder of Venitè University, Iloro Ekiti, Dr. Mrs. Adenike Kolawole.
