President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to begin a three-week vacation in Europe as part of his annual leave schedule.

The President will depart Abuja on Sunday, with London expected to be the first stop on his itinerary. The trip has been described as a working vacation, during which he is expected to continue attending to official matters while away from the country.

Presidential aides indicated that the leave forms part of the President’s yearly break and is expected to last for three weeks before his return to Nigeria.

Tinubu is also expected to resume political engagements and activities linked to preparations for the 2027 general elections after concluding the vacation.

The Presidency maintained that the President will remain engaged with governance matters throughout the period and is scheduled to return to the country at the end of the leave.
