Troops Kill 3 Insurgents In Borno
Three Boko Haram Insurgents have been arrested by troops of Operation Hadin Kai in the North-East region during gun-battle in Gubio Local Government area of Borno State.
It was gathered that the troops, in conjunction with the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) in a joint operation, intercepted some terrorists who usually terrorised commuters and robbed them of their valuables on Friday evening.
An Intelligence Source disclosed to Zagazola Makama, a Counter Insurgency Expert and Security Analyst in the Lake Chad, that the troops were able to gun down three terrorists.
The sources said that two of the terrorists carried Ak-47 riffles while the third one was their rider.
“We recovered two Ak-47, two Magazines and motorcycle from the terrorists,” the source said.
