2019/2020 Christ’s School Alumni Reconnect at Heartwarming First Get-Together

The 2019/2020 set of the Christ’s School Alumni Association held their first-ever reunion on Saturday 27th Dec 2025, bringing together former classmates in a vibrant celebration of friendship and shared memories at Jolac Hotel in Ado-Ekiti.

The event successfully reunited alumni, creating an atmosphere filled with reconnection, nostalgia, and festive joy.

In his address, the event chairman, Ayobami Obembe, praised the gathering, noting, “Although I wasn’t physically present, from the pictures and videos shared, it’s clear the event went very well. It was refreshing to see everyone again–I’m amazed that some of our short guys are now tall.”

Obembe extended special appreciation to the planning committee for their dedication, singling out Mr. Fapounda Samuel (popularly known as Fapsam) for his exceptional efforts in coordinating the event.

He encouraged continued unity among alumni, urging them to “let love lead” and to support one another personally and professionally. “No millionaire or billionaire was built in a day—they all started somewhere. Keep pushing; you will surely get there,” he added, motivating attendees to take proactive steps toward their goals.

The reunion allowed classmates to reconnect, share life updates, and strengthen bonds, ending on a note of gratitude and optimism for the future. Many expressed hope that the gathering would become a regular tradition for the set.
