Queen’s Health A “Concern”, Placed Under Medical Supervision-Buckingham Palace

Queen Elizabeth’s health is causing “concern” for her doctors.

This is according to a statement from  Buckingham Palace early Thursday.

It was also reported that her immediate family has been informed and some are already on their way to Balmoral, where the queen is presently under medical supervision.

“Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision,” said a Buckingham Palace release Thursday.

It added that “The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral,” where she is spending her annual summer vacation.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall have traveled to Balmoral,” added Buckingham Palace in a further statement.

At 96, the queen’s health has been a source of public concern over the past few years, especially since the death of her husband, Prince Phillip.
