Allwell Ademola’s Family Announces Burial Plans

The family of late Nollywood actress Allwell Ademola has released details of her funeral arrangements, following her passing in late December.

According to a statement issued by the family and shared online by her cousin, actor Muyiwa Ademola, a Service of Songs and candlelight procession will be held on Thursday, January 8.

The burial is scheduled for Friday, January 9, at the Atan Cemetery in Yaba, Lagos.

A dress code has been specified for attendees. For the Thursday event, a customised T-shirt will be provided at the venue. For Friday’s burial, guests are requested to wear white shirts and jeans, adhering to a white colour code.

The actress died on December 27 after suffering a heart attack at her home, as earlier reported. Her death was confirmed by numerous colleagues in the film industry who shared tributes on social media.

The official family announcement stated that Ademola was 49 years old at the time of her death. The family has expressed appreciation for the support and condolences received from colleagues, friends, and the public, and requests prayers for the peaceful repose of her soul.
