Annie Idibia Debunks Reunion Rumours with Ex-Husband 2Baba

Nollywood actress Annie Idibia has refuted viral reports suggesting a reconciliation with her estranged husband, legendary musician Innocent “2Baba” Idibia.

The actress addressed the speculation via her Instagram Stories on Monday, clarifying that the content triggering the claims consists of outdated material being shared out of context.

“Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere,” she wrote.

Rumours of a potential reunion gained momentum online after a resurfaced video showing the former couple sharing an affectionate moment at a nightclub began circulating on social media.

The clarification puts an end to the speculation surrounding the pair, who parted ways in January 2025 after more than ten years of marriage. They share two daughters together.

The music star has since remarried, tying the knot with Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
