APP Withdraws Petition Against Tinubu

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja, has at a brief hearing announced that the Action People’s Party (APP) Wednesday withdrew its petition against the President-elect, Bola Tinubu.

The APP’s Counsel, Obed Agu, made this known during Wednesday’s proceedings.
