EPL: Chelsea sign new midfielder, Hutchinson on a two – year deal

Chelsea Football Club have reached a permanent transfer agreement with Ipswich Town for their attacking midfielder, Omari Hutchinson.

Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano disclosed this on Sunday.
