Fire Erupts at Fuel Terminal in Apapa, Lagos
Emergency responders are currently battling a significant fire at the Bono Energy Terminal located in the Coconut area of Apapa, Lagos State.
The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service (LSFRS) confirmed that its personnel were deployed to the scene on the Apapa-Oworonshoki Expressway to contain the blaze. Shakiru Amodu, the spokesperson for the agency, issued a brief statement confirming the operation and indicated that further details would be provided as the situation unfolds.
At the time of this report, the cause of the fire remains unknown, and authorities are working to bring the situation under control.
