Former Yobe governor, Abba Ibrahim dies in Saudi Arabia
Former Governor of Yobe State, Senator Bukar Abba Ibrahim is dead.
It was gathered that the former governor died on Sunday while receiving treatment for a protracted illness in Saudi Arabia.
It was equally gathered that Ibrahim will be buried in Saudi Arabia.
Late Ibrahim served as governor of Yobe State from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007. He also served as a senator for two terms representing the Yobe East Senatorial District.
Bukar Abba Ibrahim was born in 1949 in Goniri, Gujba in the old Borno state.
