Lawan Is APC Yobe North Senatorial Candidate, Supreme Court Rules

Senate President Ahmed Lawan has edged Bashir Machina at the Supreme Court.

In a ruling  delivered on Monday, the apex cour affirmed Ahmed Lawan as the All Progressives Congress senatorial candidate for Yobe north.

In a majority judgment, the apex court allowed the appeal filed by the APC against Bashir Machina’s candidature.
