Afeez Adesina,  known popularly as Destiny Boy, has reportedly passed away at the age of 22.

News of his death began circulating online on Sunday, January 18, 2026.

While the cause of death has not been officially confirmed, some unverified reports suggest the artist died at the residence of a traditional healer during an event.

Destiny Boy was recognized as a young and talented figure within the Nigerian music scene.
