Police Nabs 22-year-old Man For Killing Father In Bauchi
The Gombe police command has disclosed that its operatives have arrested one Salisu Lawan for allegedly killing Usman Bello, his father, in Panda village in Akko LGA of the state.
Mahid Mu’azu, the command’s spokesperson, announced the arrest of Lawan alongside 14 other suspected criminals in a statement on Wednesday.
Mu’azu said the 22-year-old Lawan allegedly hit his father, 65, with a pestle on the head.
He added that the victim instantly fell and was rushed to a hospital where he was confirmed dead.
