A group of unidentified individuals reportedly invaded the office of the Anambra State Vigilante Group in Amichi, located in the Nnewi South Local Government Area.

The incident involved the setting ablaze of a man suspected to be affiliated with the vigilante, along with the office premises and a vehicle owned by the group.

According to an eyewitness who preferred to remain anonymous, the individuals arrived in a large group and proceeded to set fire to a man they found inside a vehicle parked in front of the office, as well as the vehicle itself.

Witnesses stated that the attackers, numbering several, arrived at the vigilante’s premises around 7 a.m., creating a tumultuous scene before carrying out their destructive actions.
