Veteran Actor Taiwo Hassan ‘Ogogo’ Dies at 66

A Nollywood veteran, Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, is dead.

The actor’s daughter, Kira Taiwo, announced his death on Sunday evening during a live session on her Instagram page.

The development comes days after Kira and her Sister Lima disclosed that her father was battling stage four cancer while seeking medical advice and assistance for their father.

The Founder of the Best of Nollywood (BON), Seun Oloketuyi also confirmed the death of the actor.

Oloketuyi write: “Taiwo Hassan Ogogo is dead.

“He finally lost the battle of life

Ogogo’s death comes two months to his 67th birthday.
