Vote Credible Leaders, Kaduna Deputy Governor Urges Women
Women have been urged to elect credible leaders in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
Deputy governor of Kaduna state, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe gave the charge at the inauguration of Local Government Coordinators of the All Progressives Congress Women Living with Disabilities Forum in Manchok, Kaura Local Government Area of the state.
Balarabe was represented by Dr Christiana Ayakpat, Head of Human Resource Department of the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board.
She advised the women not to see their condition as an impediment to making the right choice of leaders.
She said that the Malam Nasir El-Rufai led administration recognises the potential in women, hence their appointment to key positions in the state.
The deputy governor called on the women to vote for the APC at all levels to consolidate on the gains recorded in the last seven years.
