27 Lawmakers Loyal to Wike Defect to APC

Twenty seven lawmakers in the Rivers State House of Assembly who are believed to be loyal to former governor and now FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, have defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

It is believed this is a fallout of the crisis between Wike and State Governor Sim Fubara.
