Governor Makinde Reaffirms Commitment to Oyo Development

Governor Seyi Makinde has reiterated his administration’s dedication to delivering democratic dividends across Oyo State. He gave the assurance on Friday during a courtesy visit to the Olugbon of Orile-Igbon, Oba Francis Alao, at his palace.

The Governor announced that the rehabilitation of inner roads across the five local government areas of Ogbomoso Zone would soon commence, emphasizing his focus on balanced development for all zones.

“I want to assure Ogbomoso residents that the rehabilitation of inner roads… would soon be flagged off. Our focus is to ensure that the state is developed without leaving any zone behind,” Makinde stated.

He also expressed confidence that future leadership would sustain and build upon his administration’s achievements.

In his remarks, the Olugbon commended the Governor’s performance and pledged the continued support of the people in the zone. The visit was attended by state officials, party members, and traditional rulers.
