‘Dey your dey’ – Gov Fubara’s Live Band Sings At Public function

The live band of Rivers state governor, Sim Fubara, caused a stir today with the lyrics of the song they sang shortly after he flagged off a housing project.

As soon as the governor ended his speech and thanked guests that came for the event, his live band began singing a song with the lyrics;

‘’Dey your dey, make I dey my dey. Make nobody worry anybody”.

Social media users opined that the song was a shade to the former governor of the state and now Minister of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Nyesom Wike, who is currently at loggerheads with Governor Fubara.

Wike also had a live band that performed at any state function and churned out popular songs like ‘’As e dey sweet us, e dey pain them”

The new live band is coming on the heels of the political tension ravaging the state.

Wike, who is the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, has been at loggerheads with the current Governor, Fubara over the control of the state
