Gov Kefas Mourns Death Of Taraba PDP Ex Chairman

Agbu Kefas, Taraba State governor has expressed shock over the demise of the former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Victor Bala Kona.

In a statement made available to journalists on Sunday in Jalingo, the State capital by his Special Adviser on Media and Digital Communications, Emmanuel Bello, he noted that the “sad news of the passage of the former Chairman of our great party, Chief Victor Bala Kona, is such a painful one.”

He added that, “We didn’t only lose a political icon but a father and a consummate family man.”

The Governor, who said this came as a shock to the party and the people of the state at large, said his death came at a time his wealth of experience and knowledge would be most needed.
