Lagos govt seals Quilox night club over safety infractions

Lagos State Government on Saturday sealed Quilox Night Club over Environmental and Safety infractions.

The Quilox Club was sealed by the enforcement team of the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) and the Lagos State Safety Commission (LSC) in contravention of environmental and safety infractions.

In a press release on its X page, the Lagos agency said the club failed to comply with its directives despite several warnings.

The statement reads; “Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) seals Quilox Club for environmental Infraction, despite several warnings from the agency.

“The General Manager, LASEPA, Dr Babatunde Ajayi said the Agency will not hesitate to take necessary actions against any establishment that fails to comply with environmental regulations, urging  all businesses to take responsibility for their environmental impact and work with the State government to create a sustainable and better future for Lagos residents.”
