Oyo Demolishes Adelabu’s Sister Kidnappers’ Hideout in Ibadan

The Oyo State Government has begun the demolition of a 3-bedroom bungalow used as a hideout by the kidnappers of the sister of the immediate past Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, and her twins.

The victims Mrs. Olaide Busayo Adegoke John-Paul and her 12-year-old twin sons, Peter and Paul, were abducted last Wednesday, June 3rd in Ibadan.

They were later rescued by the police on Saturday night.

It was gathered that in the early hours of Monday the state government had moved the necessary equipment to the area to demolish the house located at Lakoun Estate, Olomi-Olojuoro Road, in Oluyole Local Government Area.

The demolition was carried out by officials of the Oyo State Ministry of Public Works and Transportation, accompanied by operatives of the Nigeria Police Force.
