Senator Ayo Arise Mourns Passing of Legal Icon Tony Adeniyi

Senator Ayo Arise, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, has expressed profound grief over the death of distinguished legal practitioner and former National Assembly member, Senator Tony Adeniyi, SAN.

Describing the late elder statesman as a “legal icon,” Senator Arise stated that the news of his passing came as a devastating shock, particularly at a time when Nigeria greatly needs his extensive experience and wisdom.

In an official condolence message, Senator Arise highlighted that Senator Adeniyi, who hailed from Ikere Ekiti, served the nation with exceptional dedication during his tenure as a legislator and maintained an esteemed reputation within the legal profession throughout his career.

 

The APC chieftain noted that the deceased remained unwavering in his commitment to democratic principles, the rule of law, and the advancement of Ekiti State until his final days.
