All programmes presented for accreditation during the October/November 2025 exercise were granted full approval, affirming the institution’s growing reputation as one of Nigeria’s fast-rising and academically stable universities.

The accreditation covers programmes across several disciplines including Administration and Management, Allied Health Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Computing, Education, Sciences, and Social Sciences.

The approval was conveyed in a letter signed by the NUC Director of Accreditation, Abraham Chundusu.

The Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Odunayo Adebooye, described the 100 per cent success as a reflection of years of strategic planning, quality assurance, and sustained investment in academic excellence.

He noted that the achievement demonstrates the quality of academic programmes, modern facilities, qualified manpower, research capacity, and stable academic environment within the university.

Adebooye added that the milestone positions the university on a path towards global relevance and excellence, attributing the success to the commitment of staff, students, governing council, alumni, and the support of the Osun State Government.
