Anthony Joshua Pays Tribute to Friends Lost in Car Crash

Boxing champion Anthony Joshua has shared a heartfelt tribute to two close friends who died in a car accident in Nigeria last month.

In an Instagram post, Joshua expressed his grief over the loss of Sina Ghami and Latif “Latz” Ayodele, who passed away in the crash in Ogun State on December 29. Joshua, who was a passenger and survived the accident, honored his friends as “great men.”

“Thank you for all the love and care you have shown my brothers,” he wrote. “It’s tough for me, but I know it’s even tougher for their parents.” The former world heavyweight champion had previously told UFC star Kamaru Usman that the loss still “hasn’t sunk in” for him.
