NDLEA Nab 8 Suspects, Destroy Cannabis Farm In Ekiti

Eight suspects have been nabbed and 1,465 kilograms of Cannabis Sativa seized on a farm in Ire-Ekiti, Ekiti State.

The Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, Ekiti State Command, arrested the suspects when operatives raided the farm located in Oye Local Government Area of the state.

Deputy Commandant, Narcotic Operations, Mohammed Ibrahim, led the arrest and destruction of the illicit cultivation of the Indian hemp plantation worth about five million naira.
